In retrospect, the months of ants marching across the front walk to and from under the house might reasonably have been construed as a cause for concern.

Cinnamon. Block their entrances with cinnamon.

Or ninjas.

I've already emailed my landlords; we'll see what they recommend. I might try the cinnamon thing or maybe liquid baits like I see recommended online.

My bro ain't kidding. He had a horrible ant infestation at one of his appartments, and used arsenic traps to kill them. They were absolutely gone within days.

He said thety were illegal in some states, even.

Arsenic, 獅子!

I had ants in my apartment last spring, so I put out some ant baits (these things).

The next day, there was a swarming line of ants taking the yummy food from the bait.

The next day, no ants.

To this day, no ants.

Thanks! I actually got a similar thing on the way home -- if that one doesn't work, I'll try the Raid brand.
